Thank you for shopping with Creamy Home. We are committed to getting your kitchen appliance to you safely and as quickly as possible. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Destinations

Creamy Home currently ships to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. If your address type is not accepted at checkout, please contact us at contact@creamyhome.com for assistance.

2. Shipping Costs

Creamy Home offers both free and paid shipping options depending on your order and delivery location:

  • Free shipping: free shipping is available on qualifying orders and to qualifying regions. The free shipping threshold or eligibility will be clearly indicated on the product page and during checkout.
  • Paid shipping: for orders that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method.

All available shipping options, their exact costs, and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed clearly at checkout before you finalize your purchase. You will always have the opportunity to review and select your preferred shipping option before completing your order. No shipping charges will be applied without your knowledge or consent.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

  • Standard processing time: orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • High-demand periods: during promotional events, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. We will communicate any significant delays via email.
  • Order confirmation: you will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by shipping method and destination. All estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. As a general reference:

  • Standard shipping: approximately 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
  • Expedited shipping: approximately 2 to 4 business days after dispatch (where available and as shown at checkout).
  • Express shipping: approximately 1 to 2 business days after dispatch (where available and as shown at checkout).

Please note that estimated delivery times are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Creamy Home is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

5. Shipping Carriers

We work with reputable U.S. shipping carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and others. The carrier used for your shipment will depend on your location, the shipping method selected, and order specifications. The carrier and tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package directly with the carrier. You can also track your order by visiting our website or by contacting us at contact@creamyhome.com with your order number.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's tracking system to reflect shipment activity.

7. Undeliverable Packages and Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Creamy Home is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable or delayed due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment due to an incorrect address. If you do not respond within 14 days, we may issue a refund for the product value minus any applicable shipping costs.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check around your delivery location (mailbox, porch, neighbor's address) and with other members of your household.
  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to file a missing package inquiry.
  3. Contact us at contact@creamyhome.com within 7 days of the reported delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at our discretion. Creamy Home is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address that are subsequently stolen. We strongly encourage customers to use a secure delivery location.

9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the damaged packaging and product before opening if possible, and contact us at contact@creamyhome.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
