At Creamy Home, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every kitchen appliance we sell and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process as described below.
1. Return Window
You may return eligible items within 90 days of the date you received your order. This 90-day window is our commercial guarantee and exceeds the standard return period required under applicable U.S. consumer protection regulations.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request is initiated within 90 days of delivery.
- The item is in its original condition (unused, unmodified, and not damaged by the customer).
- The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, components, manuals, and included items.
- Proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
There are no categories of final sale or non-returnable items in our store. All products purchased from Creamy Home are eligible for return within the 90-day window, provided the conditions in Section 1 are met.
3. Return Shipping (Free)
Creamy Home covers the cost of return shipping at no charge to you. You will not pay any return shipping fees. When your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email. You simply need to package the item securely and drop it off with the designated carrier. We do not charge any restocking fees or handling fees for returns.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start your return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at contact@creamyhome.com with the subject line "Return Request" and include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include all original accessories and documentation, and attach the prepaid label.
- Drop off the package at the carrier location indicated in the return instructions.
Please do not send items back without first receiving approval and a prepaid label from us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or may delay your refund.
5. Refund Process and Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email that your return has been received. Refunds are processed as follows:
- Inspection period: we inspect returned items within 2 business days of receipt.
- Refund approval: if the item meets return conditions, we will approve your refund.
- Refund issuance: refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item at our facility.
- Refund method: refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.). We do not issue refunds to a different payment method.
- Refund amount: you will receive a full refund of the product purchase price. Original outbound shipping costs (if any were charged) are also refunded if the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it. This timeframe is determined by your financial institution and is outside our control.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at contact@creamyhome.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photographs of the damaged or defective item and its packaging.
In these cases, Creamy Home will, at our discretion, offer a full refund, a replacement item, or a store credit. Return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items is always covered by us at no cost to you.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order for the desired product once your refund has been processed.
8. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@creamyhome.com with your order number. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been submitted. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process described above.
