Informal resolution: you agree to first contact us at contact@creamyhome.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
Arbitration: if the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Abilene, Texas, or via video conference.
Small claims court: notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes that qualify under the applicable jurisdictional limits.
Class action waiver: you agree that any arbitration or court proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

16. Changes to These Terms

Creamy Home reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with an updated "Last updated" date.
